Follow up with every patient between visits, without adding staff
MindeLine works alongside your EHR, without changing it. Each patient who agrees gets a nurse coordinator on WhatsApp who keeps their clinician in the loop. We only handle the minimum data, pseudonymized and encrypted.
Patients don't install anything.
Most of treatment happens where your clinic can't see it
Between visits, patients stop their medication, get worse or quietly drop out. Your team usually finds out at the next appointment.

-
1 in 5 mental health appointments are missed, almost twice the rate of other specialties.
-
29.8% of sick-leave certificates in Chile were for mental disorders from January to May 2026, the leading cause.
How it works
Six weeks between two visits
Camila, 34, starts treatment for depression on a Monday. Her psychiatrist picks what to follow, and her next visit is in six weeks. This is what MindeLine does in between.
Example. Camila, her care team and the messages are fictional, and the images were made with AI.

Day 2
She joins with one reply
No app to download, and the messages never mention her diagnosis.
Patients join in one message, with nothing to install
WhatsApp
Ana · nurse coordinator
Hi Camila, I'm Ana, a nurse working with your care team. Can I check in with you twice a week until your next visit? Reply YES to start, or STOP anytime.
Camila: YES
-

Day 12
She mentions side effects
The check-in flags it for review. Ana calls her and tells her psychiatrist, who decides what to do.
Her psychiatrist hears about it now, not at the next visit
WhatsApp
MindeLine check-in
How have you been since Thursday? Reply from 1 (very bad) to 5 (very good), or tell me in your own words.
Camila: 3. I've felt nauseous for three days

Day 23
She goes quiet
After two check-ins with no reply, Ana writes to her herself. Her psychiatrist hears what Camila says and decides the next step.
Patients who are about to drop out get noticed in time

Hi Camila, it's Ana. Just making sure you're okay. Is anything getting in the way?
Camila: Honestly, I was thinking of stopping the pills. Some mornings I feel worse.

Day 42
The visit starts informed
Before Camila walks in, her psychiatrist reads one screen with what changed in six weeks.

No new hires. Our nurse coordinators run the follow-up, so your team only sees what needs them.
Nothing to install. Patients use WhatsApp, your team uses a browser tab, and your appointment reminders keep working.
Your EHR stays as it is. No data migration, and we're building a direct HL7 FHIR connection, the standard Chile uses.

Every treatment is a voyage. And the real adventure happens between visits.
Some days: smooth sailing. Literally.
Other days, the waves win: one in five visits is missed.
On screen: 1 in 5 mental health appointments are missed. Mitchell & Selmes, 2007.
Enter the crew: a nurse who checks in on WhatsApp, listens, and notices what changes.
Rough water? The nurse raises the flag, and your care team steps in, by your protocol.
By the next visit, your clinician has the logbook: what changed, and what matters.
MindeLine. Between visits, you don't sail alone.
On screen: Follow-up between visits for mental health teams. mindeline.com. MindeLine is not an emergency service. In Chile, call *4141 or SAMU 131.
The evidence
Built on care models proven in clinical trials
Following patients between visits and keeping their clinician informed has been tested in 79 trials with 24,308 patients.

With structured follow-up
A program led by non-medical health workers that included systematic follow-up.

These results come from published studies of the care models MindeLine uses, not from MindeLine. We'll measure our own results with each pilot.
Clinical safety
Every risk signal has an owner
MindeLine doesn't diagnose, prescribe or replace visits, and it isn't an emergency service. Your protocol decides who acts and when.

Privacy and security
Patient data belongs to your clinic and your patients
Built around Chile's data protection, patient rights and interoperability laws (19,628, 21,719, 20,584 and 21,668).
Minimal data on WhatsApp. Messages never include diagnoses or record content.
Consent first. Patients agree on WhatsApp before the first check-in. They can leave at any time by replying STOP.
Encrypted and pseudonymized. Encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell data. If we use data to improve MindeLine, it's pseudonymized and only with the patient's and the clinic's authorization.
Full audit trail. Every alert, message and decision is logged with who did it and when.
Insurers see totals only. Insurers only receive aggregated, anonymous reports, never individual patient data.
FAQ
Does it replace our EHR?
No. Today it runs in a browser tab next to the record you already use, and we're building a direct connection through HL7 FHIR.
Who talks to patients?
Short check-ins go out from the plan your team sets. When an answer needs a person, our nurse coordinator steps in. The nurse doesn't diagnose or change prescriptions.
Do patients need to install anything?
No. Today everything happens on WhatsApp. Later on, they'll also be able to use an app or sign in from a computer.
Is it an emergency service?
No. If you or someone you know is at risk, call your local emergency number. In Chile, call *4141 (free, 24/7) or SAMU 131.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish pricing yet. We'll walk you through it in the demo.
